| | “SAIDEEP” has come out with a most advance design of screens for grading of fine, wet and difficult to screen materials. The screens works on the principle of gyratory motion. The unique features of this type of sieve is its high capacity using minimum space and less power. The screen has specially designed multi-directional vibration system which prevents blinding of sieves. The material to be screened is fed from the top and collected simultaneously from outlets of different decks. These screens can handle wide range of materials such as heavy, light, dry, wet, coarse or fine. The company manufactures various sizes to suit individual requirement in M S and S S construction. | Unique Features Perfect Separation Due to advanced vibration technology the separation is near perfect. Long Screen Life The screen cloth is held in the frame very tightly by a special process. This gives long life to the screen. No Clogging of Screen As the screen vibrates in multiplane hence the holes of the screen remain clear. Additional antiblinding system is provided for difficult to screen and wet materials. Compact Design This screen occupies less than half the spaces as occupied by any other screen of same capacity. Useful in wet screening The screen works on solid-liquid separation efficiently. Replacement of Screen Frames Replacing or adding of extra deck and screen frame is simple operation. Even lower deck could be changed without disturbing the upper deck. Multi Purpose Versatile Use Due to its unique design, the same screen can be put to multi purpose use. Totally Enclosed Pollution Free The Screen is totally enclosed so that no dusting takes place even in the finest classification. Economy In Power Consumption This design of machine consumes less power than other traditional screens of identical capacity. Material of Construction The screen is normally manufactured using all the contact parts of AISI 304 stainless steel. However, screen in M.S. Construction can be manufactured on request due to cost consideration. Silent Operation The machine has perfectly designed coil springs so that no vibrations are transferred on the floor.

| | | | “SAIDEEP” has come out with new design of unbalance Vibro Motor from 0.1 kw to 6 kw and centrifugal Force up to 70,000 N. These Motors are used for Vibrating Feeders/ Vibrating Tables and on silos for proper flow of sticky material. These Motors are also used in sieving Machine for grading of fine powders and filtering of liquids. Applications : The quality vibro-motors supplied by us are used in various industrial applications, including - Its operation is noiseless as compared to electromagnetic vibration and pneumatic vibration and thus is preferred over them. | | | | | Some times material stored in the hopper does not flow at all, even after fixing Vibrator or Unbalance Motor on outside surface. This is due to physical properties of powder its particle size and moisture content. For such difficult powders our “BIN ACTIVATOR” is the right answer. OPERATION : The Bin Activator designed by us consists of a conical shape discharge zone that is connected to storage silo or hopper through a set of steel hangers. The gap between the hopper and discharge zone is sealed with the help of a special flexible rubber sleeve. The material is made to flow normally through the opening provided at the discharge point with the help of one Unbalance Vibrator motor that is fixed on one side. APPLICATIONS : Bin Activator has been successfully tried on all difficult to handle products like surphur and its compounds, fine mica powder and other minerals, ores titanium dioxide, wood chips, salt, sugar and such other fine, flaky, fibrous and sticky materials. | | | | | Principle of Operation The electromagnetic vibratory feeder consists of a tray made of mild steel and a body housing the electromagnet. The tray which is connected to the armature of the magnet vibrates as the magnet gets energised. The vibration sets the material in motion. Controlling of vibration gives the controlled flow of the material. The body housing the electromagnet is made in totally enclosed design to prevent dusting. Useful to any continuous process industry where automatic controlled flow of material is required. Applications Electromagnetic vibratory feeders are very useful in plastics, rubber, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, glass and other allied industries. vibratory feeder can be supplied either in floor mounted or suspension mounted design as required. Capacity Electromagnetic vibratory feeders can be supplied from few grams to 100 tons per hour capacity or more.They can also handle slightly wet material. Electromagnetic vibratory feeders can be used for screening by fixing a screen over the tray. | | | Vibration has been very fascinating subject for man since ancient times. With the advent of new technologies, man has mastered the art of creating and controlling vibrations. In our design of the bowl feeder, the vibrations are created in spiral fashion so that, the components placed on the bowl which is fixed to the vibrating unit start moving round and round. The bowl being custom built for the perticular component, has a peculiar geometry.
As component moves round and round up the track till it gets oriented and comes out in the desired form. This process of orienting is very useful on assembly line and packing operations, as no manual labour is employed for feeding of components.
Range :
We manufacture bowl feeder from a small 200mm. diameter bowl to 1000mm. diameter bowl in M.S. or S.S. Each bowl is designed and manufactured according to the need of customer to give proper orientation and trouble free service.
Operating Principle :
The bowl feeder works on D.C. pulsating supply obtained from converting 230V.A.C. single phase by use of rectifier or thyristor circuit. Each unit is supplied with a control panel to supply D.C. power to the vibrator and control the feed rate. As the supply frequency is 50 Hz, the bowl feeder operates at 3000 vibrations per minute at 1.5mm. amplitude (maximun).
